FightDesk turns one Windows PC into a focused tournament control desk for fighting-game events. Load a Challonge tournament, work through the match queue, update scores, submit results, and keep your OBS graphics in sync—without bouncing between a pile of tabs.

Built for local tournaments, weeklies, community streams, and compact broadcast teams that need fast controls and readable output.

From match call to stream graphic

• Ordered Challonge match queue — see playable matches in tournament order and load the next set quickly.
• Fast score control — run FT2 or FT3, mark a match underway, swap sides, reset scores, and submit the result.
• Recovery tools — fix an incorrect score or return a completed match to the active queue.
• Exhibition mode — run player-vs-player sets without changing the loaded tournament.

Two OBS-ready outputs

Score overlay: a transparent 1920×1080 browser source designed for fighting-game health bars, with animated entrances and score updates.

Fullscreen bracket: an animated, large-format bracket view for intermissions, match transitions, venue displays, and stream breaks.

Both pages are hosted locally by FightDesk and update across your LAN, so the control desk and broadcast PC can stay separate.

Quick start

1. Download and extract the portable ZIP to a writable folder.
2. Run fightdesk.exe and allow private-network access if Windows asks.
3. Create your operator PIN and add your Challonge API key in Settings.
4. Select a tournament, then add the score overlay and fullscreen bracket pages to OBS as 1920×1080 Browser Sources.

Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
• A Challonge account and API key for tournament synchronization
• OBS Studio is optional and is not included

This is an early portable release. Always verify the winner and score before submitting a tournament result.
